A FEW POINTS ABOUT THE PROPERTY
I have had comments about the neighbor to the south of the house. This is a home that has been in disrepair for a decade at least. Last spring a new owner moved in and while it might not seem like it, they have done a lot of cleaning up and are making progress. It may look like a drug environment but it isn’t and never has been.

The basement is an awesome studio apartment and great for roommates or persons who work from home and want to keep work separate from living space.
