The lot isn’t flat, but it is not too steep to build on. Webster Road will have to be built out, from 4th street south, and a driveway built off of Webster. Could be a dirt road, need County approval. That would require the least road building. Also, with the slope, it would be ideal to come in from below and have a garage (if desired) underneath the house. I think it would be a good spot for solar panels on the roof, too.
