Home is on electric, fresh water well(101 ft deep), and private septic. Like new, barely used, built in 2016 but only used in summer retreats! The Master bed has attached(full)bath with patio doors to enjoy your morning coffee right on the deck! Bedroom has walk in closet and great lighting as well. The side room includes washing machine and utility room, easy yet private access. The cabin site was in the Spring Fire(cabin was luckily not damaged), many tree’s still usable for firewood and many new sprouts coming up alongside some beautiful tree’s that made it through!. A soft rolling mountain slope offers a huge walk out/accessible crawl space that could easily be converted to a workspace. The home is mostly furnished and ready to enjoy!
