This is a beautiful home in an amazing cul-de-sac. There is a huge Primary bedroom with a private deck, multiple closets and a modern bathroom with heated floors and large skylight. The next two largest bedrooms, also on the upper level, have mountain views to the west. and plenty of closet space. The main floor has a great study/office with built in shelving and desk as well as family room, dining room, kitchen, eat-in nook, and living room, plus access to the covered patio. The yard is landscaped and functional with the tiered back yard making an ideal sunny location for garden boxes or growing flowers. Ample storage in the basement which has yet another large family room and 3/4 bathroom, plus laundry room. The “other” room might be a good man cave or sewing room or massage studio or something, but there is no egress window, so I can’t really call it a bedroom. The structure and mechanicals of this house are top notch! I will say good bones, or something like that. My Sellers had a home inspection done recently and they addressed anything that was concerning to them.
